Douglas Taylor has over thirty years of experience in civil construction and has widely respected expertise in all facets of the industry.  He has extensive experience in civil contract works and a twenty seven year record of successful projects as Managing Director of DAC Enterprises.
Prior to starting this company, he gained a broad range of hands-on experience, for example as: site foreman; leading hand; general surveyor; grader operator; pipe layer; and various other construction site roles.
These years of practical experience promote his proven ability to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions to clients.
